When you decide you want to be the “camp house host” you can gather and invite your little’s friends and we bring the magic to your space whether its your backyard or a playroom you have in your house. Our counselors will lead a variety of games, crafts and activities and have a group text message with all the party parents who dropped their child off to send photos and videos throughout the day and keep them posted.

Then during the camp day, for 1 hour we’ll have the surprise princess visitor who will lead story time, sing songs and dance with the children, and provide some themed temporary tattoos for the kids so they can have one on one time with her- plus she will take individual photos with each child and a group photo that the counselors will send to your group chat!

Drop off is the first 15 minutes of camp and pick up is the last 15 minutes so please be on time. Only the parent who completes a Registration Form that will be emailed to you- is allowed to pick up and drop off and ID must be presented.

If the party parent host would like to stay, then by all means! But Camp is different than a birthday party, it's a time for all the parents to relax, not worry about keeping the kids entertained, and get some errands done or rest.

Don't worry that you'll miss something. Our counselors will keep you posted in the camp group chat throughout the day with photos, videos and text messages so you can see all the fun we had! Plus kids will take some crafts home :)

Water, snacks, lunches and a spare change of clothes would be great! Please label every item with your child's name. House host must provide access to bathroom for the counselors and children!

We recommend ages 3-8 for princess camp! Please be advised that campers must be potty trained before attending since we're not licensed to provide diaper changes.

Deposit of $100 must be due by 6 weeks before camp starts and full balance paid by 3 weeks before camp starts. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable.

Cancellations:

Once camp starts all payment is non refundable. We do not do partial payments or prorated rates. Balance payments may be refunded if cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to camp date or cancelled due to "acts of God."

If you wish to change your camp date, let us know by 3 weeks before the camp date.
