Requirements
At Gleam & Glo Parties, we want to ensure that your experience with us is nothing short of amazing. To help us create the magic for your event, we kindly request that you adhere to the following:
1. Pre-booking: Once you have decided on a character and package for your event please select your package for your chosen date and time on this scheduling page plus any desired additions such as adding a character or a gift keepsake. We will get in touch with you to discuss and plan out all the details of your appointment. Please note there may be travel fees in addition to the final rates listed. At this moment your exact selections are not finalized until we call and send you a confirmation email with your deposit secured and all your details confirmed. We want to ensure that we fulfill all your expectations and create a memorable experience for you and your guests.
2. Deposits & Payment: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your booking. This guarantees that your desired character and package are reserved exclusively for your event and is required to secure your specific booking. Please let us know if you wish to proceed with either Zelle, Venmo, or Square when you confirm your booking details. The balance must be paid by at least 48 hours before your event date.
